- We provide free consultation and advise the right visa or application to suit you.
- We will endeavour to agree a fixed fee within the range set out below and we shall try to give you an accurate time scale of the following stages of work pending on the complexity of your case.
- Our team will guide you through the paperwork and documentations needed for your application.
- We will complete your application forms and collate all necessary documentations for your application.
- We will book application appointment for you to attend visa centers for the submission of your application.
- We will submit your application, documentations and papers.
- We will liaise with Home Office Immigration service and visa centers to check your application progressing regularly and report to you accordingly.
This fees information provided are intended to be just a guideline and in every case we will provide our client with a detailed and specific fee quote for the actual matter.
Staffing
Much of our Immigration cases is handled in the main by our Associates, all of whom have enjoyed many years of experience in their legal field, and they are supported by their respective teams.
We are able to converse in Mandarin and Cantonese as well as English.
In some cases the Directors are also involved in day to day work on a specific matter, but in all cases they are available to supervise and advise where necessary.
You will be informed at the outset who will be involved in your particular case.

| All appeal and judicial review cases we shall agree fees and payment terms before start the case. | |
Additional Fees
There are additional fees you may need to pay
- VAT where appropriate;
- Home Office application fees and Visa Centre services fees (including VIP services or super priority service fees);
- Disbursements, these are expenses we have to pay to third parties on your behalf (such as translation fees, or Notarisation fees etc.)
